Part 1 — Terms of Service

1. Nature of Our Services

Bharat Visa Services is an independent private document-preparation and administrative-support business. We are not a law firm, attorney, government agency, embassy, consulate, visa-issuing authority, California-registered immigration consultant, or authorized immigration representative.

1.1 What Bharat Visa Services Does Not Do

Bharat Visa Services does not:

• provide legal advice;
• practice immigration law;
• recommend immigration benefits or legal strategies;
• determine whether someone is legally eligible for a visa, immigration benefit, citizenship, status or relief;
• determine admissibility or immigration status;
• choose U.S. or Canadian immigration forms for a client;
• advise clients how to answer legal or eligibility questions;
• represent applicants before USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, IRCC, immigration courts or other government bodies;
• communicate with a government authority as an applicant’s legal or authorized representative;
• guarantee approval;
• guarantee processing times.

1.2 Scope of Services Provided

For Indian passport, OCI, surrender / renunciation, e-Visa and related document services, our services are limited to administrative and document support. Depending on the service, this may include:

• document organization;
• clerical preparation;
• preparing checklists from published official requirements;
• formatting documents;
• photograph and document checks;
• package assembly for submission by the applicant;
• explaining publicly available procedural instructions;
• clerical entry of information supplied by the client, where legally permitted;
• directing applicants to official government and authorized service-provider resources;
• tracking publicly available application status when authorized by the applicant.

1.3 Applicant Responsibility

The applicant is responsible for selecting the service or application being pursued, providing truthful information, reviewing all prepared materials, signing where required, and submitting the application unless an official process expressly permits another method.

1.4 Legal and Eligibility Questions

If a question requires legal interpretation, eligibility advice, immigration strategy or representation, Bharat Visa Services may decline to answer and will recommend that the client contact the relevant government authority or an appropriately licensed or authorized professional. This includes any question concerning legal eligibility, immigration status, inadmissibility, waivers, removal or deportation, asylum, or citizenship law.

1.5 Official Sources Control

If information on the Bharat Visa Services website conflicts with an official government or authorized service-provider source, the official source controls.

1.6 Changes to Requirements

Requirements, fees, forms, processing times, shipping rules and procedures may change without notice. Applicants should verify current requirements with the relevant official source before submitting any application or payment.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

All decisions regarding visas, passports, permits, and other applications are made solely by the relevant government authority. We cannot and do not guarantee that any application will be approved or processed within any specific timeframe.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Review all prepared applications before submission
• Comply with all applicable laws and application requirements

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

4. Appointments and Fees

Our services are provided by appointment. Service fees cover our document preparation and administrative support only and are separate from any government or third-party fees, which are set by the relevant authority and paid directly by the applicant. Specific fee terms will be communicated to you before service begins.

5. Refund Policy

Please review our refund terms carefully before engaging our services:

• Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Any advance, deposit, or full processing fee paid to Bharat Visa Services is non-refundable once your case has been accepted and work has begun.
• Government and third-party fees are non-refundable through us. All official government, consulate, and third-party fees are paid directly to the relevant authority by the applicant. These fees are set and controlled by those authorities and cannot be refunded by Bharat Visa Services under any circumstances.
• No refund based on outcome. Because visa, passport, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, our fee covers the preparation and assistance we provide and is not contingent on the approval, denial, or processing time of any application. A denied or delayed application does not entitle you to a refund.
• Accuracy of information. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information or documents provided by you. No refund will be issued in such cases.

By engaging our services and paying any fee, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bharat Visa Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including any application denial or delay by a government authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Bharat Visa Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Not a Government Agency

Bharat Visa Services is an independent private document-preparation and administrative-support business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or connected to any government agency, embassy, consulate, passport office, USCIS, IRCC, VFS Global, BLS International, the Government of India, the Government of the United States, the Government of Canada, or any visa issuing authority. We do not issue passports, OCI cards, visas, surrender or renunciation certificates, or any other government document.

No Legal Advice

The information we provide is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm, an attorney, a California-registered immigration consultant, or a Canadian authorized immigration representative, and we do not employ attorneys in connection with our services. For any legal, eligibility, immigration-status, inadmissibility, waiver, removal or deportation, asylum, or citizenship-law question, we recommend consulting an appropriately licensed attorney or authorized immigration professional.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee the approval, processing time, or outcome of any visa, passport, or immigration application. All such decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority. Any timeframes mentioned are estimates only and are not within our control.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, requirements and fees set by government authorities may change at any time. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the information on this site.

Applicants may apply directly through official government websites without using a private service. Fees

All official government and third-party fees are paid directly by the applicant to the relevant authority and are non-refundable. Our fee covers document preparation and administrative support only and is also non-refundable. Please see the Refund Policy in Part 1 above for full details.
