1. Nature of Our Services

Bharat Visa Services is a private document preparation and visa assistance company. We are not a law firm, government agency, embassy, consulate, or visa issuing authority. We assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing applications. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee the approval, processing time, or outcome of any application.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

All decisions regarding visas, passports, permits, and other applications are made solely by the relevant government authority. We cannot and do not guarantee that any application will be approved or processed within any specific timeframe.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Review all prepared applications before submission
• Comply with all applicable laws and application requirements

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

4. Appointments and Fees

Our services are provided by appointment. Service fees cover our assistance only and are separate from any government or third-party fees, which are set by the relevant authority. Specific fee terms will be communicated to you before service begins.

5. Refund Policy

Please review our refund terms carefully before engaging our services:

• All service fees are non-refundable. Any advance, deposit, or full processing fee paid to Bharat Visa Services is non-refundable once your case has been accepted and work has begun.
• Government and third-party fees are non-refundable through us. All official government, consulate, and third-party fees are paid directly to the relevant authority by the applicant. These fees are set and controlled by those authorities and cannot be refunded by Bharat Visa Services under any circumstances.
• No refund based on outcome. Because visa, passport, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, our fee covers the preparation and assistance we provide and is not contingent on the approval, denial, or processing time of any application. A denied or delayed application does not entitle you to a refund.
• Accuracy of information. We are not responsible for delays, denials, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information or documents provided by you. No refund will be issued in such cases.

By engaging our services and paying any fee, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bharat Visa Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including any application denial or delay by a government authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Bharat Visa Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are not a law firm and do not employ attorneys in connection with our services.
